虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在電梯安裝維保培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用
How VR technology applied to the training of elevator installation and maintenance

10年前我記得湯姆克魯斯演過(guò)一部電影叫《少數(shù)派報(bào)告》，講述的是未來(lái)的刑偵機(jī)構(gòu)可以預(yù)知刑事犯罪的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，并在悲劇真正發(fā)生前瞬間將被害人救出，并將罪犯繩之以法。在此，故事情節(jié)我不想提及，大片隨時(shí)都可以去網(wǎng)上看。我只想針對(duì)其中辦案人員通過(guò)手勢(shì)驅(qū)動(dòng)計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作從而產(chǎn)生虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)場(chǎng)景，作進(jìn)一步的展開(kāi)，還是那句話，我們電梯人只談電梯。
虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)也被稱作VR，是Virtual Reality的縮寫，如果您看到的是VRP，那就是Virtual Reality Platform的縮寫，即虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)平臺(tái)。目前我國(guó)電梯領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)軟件公司運(yùn)用VR技術(shù)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始在國(guó)際電梯安裝維保領(lǐng)域中展露頭角。戴上虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)智能眼鏡，手握控制手柄后你就是一個(gè)穿著桔色工作服的虛擬電梯檢修工了。
By wearing virtual reality glasses or helmet, and 2 wireless remote stickers, now you are soon becoming an elevator installer in a world of virtual reality.
通過(guò)眼鏡你就會(huì)看到虛擬井道安裝場(chǎng)景，控制手柄就是你的手，通過(guò)手柄操作可以完成抓取、移動(dòng)、定位、按壓等動(dòng)作。如下是轎廂架吊裝安裝的虛擬場(chǎng)景，通過(guò)手勢(shì)握持動(dòng)作可以把持吊裝鐵鏈將上梁移動(dòng)到安裝位置。
Through the glasses you will see the entirely real situation what you’d ever seen in the hoist-way. You can use the stickers as your hands to grab, to move and to press work-pieces until they kept their place in position. Below is about the process of crosshead lifting and mounting.
通過(guò)手勢(shì)握持動(dòng)作抓住導(dǎo)靴，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)提示你安裝的位置和在導(dǎo)靴板上的方向定位，如下圖黃色部分所示：
Below is the process of grabbing guide shoes and adjust its direction for correct mounting, which has been high-lightened in yellow.
當(dāng)然通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的智能解析模塊，也可以自動(dòng)判斷出你身體部位的位置，比如在檢查門機(jī)光幕的響應(yīng)精度過(guò)程中，可以在關(guān)門時(shí)把手放到門縫中，感受門板停住并彈開(kāi)的反應(yīng)，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)記錄光幕的響應(yīng)時(shí)間并給調(diào)試員做出引導(dǎo)。
By the function of embedded intelligent analysis module, the system will know where your body exactly is. The best example for this is to try extending your hand in the middle of two car door panels as they are closing, and see its sensibility. The module will automatically record the reaction time of light curtain probing the obstacle and bouncing to opposite direction.
培訓(xùn)模擬不僅可以是單人模式，也可以有多人聯(lián)機(jī)模式，比如一人在在底坑檢查限速器張緊裝置的同時(shí)另一個(gè)人檢查電氣開(kāi)關(guān)的安全性是否符合要求。
The training courses can be set to the mode of multiple installers by networking. For example one guy is inspecting tension device of over-speed governor meanwhile allow the other checking the electrical switches in pit.
在具體某個(gè)科目的檢修環(huán)節(jié)中，系統(tǒng)還會(huì)自動(dòng)提供引導(dǎo)人員如何進(jìn)入，比如轎頂檢修的基本操作，下圖方框中的腳印圖標(biāo)顯示的是踩踏點(diǎn)，引導(dǎo)如何正確安全進(jìn)入到轎廂頂部。
During the course of car roof inspection, the system will guide the installer enter by following the footprint marked on the surface of car roof, which means you can step onto it safely.
企業(yè)可以根據(jù)培訓(xùn)需求制定針對(duì)本企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)科目，帶教老師也可以錄制培訓(xùn)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的具體操作過(guò)程，作為企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)安裝培訓(xùn)視頻教程，還可以針對(duì)學(xué)員科目知識(shí)點(diǎn)考試結(jié)果予以評(píng)分，如下圖所示。
The training department of elevator company can figure out detail subjects according to their own requirements. This also allows the trainers to create a series of preliminary correct operation activities with proper sequence as standard and assess students performance when in exam.
